suger cookies.....

Today after running around town.  The boys and I made our sugar cookies for Christmas.  They did a great job making the dough and cutting out the different Christmas shapes.  I had fun watching them decorate the cookies.  Christmas time is in the air....

The hunters....

On Saturday Daddy and the boys took Molly rabbit hunting.  Molly as not been rabbit hunting for five years.  Rick told the boys it was time to get her out to run a rabbit.  The boys had a great time listing and watching Molly run four rabbits.  However the game bag came home empty.

When they made it home Molly ran in and started howling at me like she was telling me all about her excitement.  I love that all my " kids" run in to tell me about their adventure.

Hoilday time...

With the Holiday time starting we are enjoying family time.  We have fun shopping, baking, eating, and  driving around to see all the Christmas lights. Uncle Paul got us a rice krispies train to make and decorate.  The boys were excitied to make the train so we made it for thanksgiving.  Here are the masters at work and the final project.  Thanks Uncle Paul and Aunt Amanda.

Busy times

It's been a while since I have been on the blog.  We have been busy with the Holiday season, school and Kurt starting wrestling.  Here are a few Holiday pictures for you to enjoy.

Family time.....

Uncle Paul and Kurt reading on Sunday morning.  Melts my heart to see the two of them reading the paper together.  However Kurt was reading the buckeye profile of the week and Uncle Paul was reading the comics.  It made me laugh so I had to freeze the memory in time.

Two wheeler...

Other big milestone happened in the Mokros' house this afternoon.  Luke can now ride his bike without training wheels. He took off on his brother's two wheeler bike with out any problems at all.  So I took his training wheels off and he took off on his bike with out any problems.  He has a little trouble with turning around in the drive ways and starting on his own, but that is nothing.  He will master all that just like his brother.  Way to go Luke we are so proud of you.  I can't believe how quick they grow. Luke could not wait to ride his bike for Kurt when he got home from school.  As you can see in the pictures Kurt was a big helper for Luke.  Please God let me hold on a little longer.......

Trick or Treat....

Trick or Treat night was a cold, winding, raining night.  However the boys did not miss a beat.  They went from house to house and never complained. They are troopers and we are very honored to be their parents.

Helping

The boys wanted to help the tree lose it's leaves.  So they climb up in the tree jump up and down to make the leaves fall.  I don't really think the trees needed help, but I had fun waching them jump up and down. They were so excitied to see the leaves fall off with every jump.  The little joys in life are the best memories.

Fall Leaves...

We are very lucky that Uncle Harvey and Aunt Robin has big beautiful trees. So in the fall we have lots of leaves to play in.   The boys had fun ranking the leaves into a pile and jumping in them.

But also this year the boys had fun transporting the leaves from Uncle Harvey's yard to our yard.  How did they do this?  They filled the gator up with a pile of leaves, drove them to our yard and dumping them by our little tree.  Kurt told me that daddy needed some leaves to rank and they just wanted to make sure he had lots to rank.

We never know what they will come up with next, but we love the surprise.

Hiking in the Fall...

The boys love to hike around the shore lines of Alum creek to see what fishing lures, bobbers, and gun shells to bring home. It never fails that they bring home one, two, three, or four things.  While the boys are exploring the shore lines looking. Daddy is trying to caught a fish.

Zoo in the Fall...

Zoo in the fall is the best time.  We had the zoo to ourselves.  You can look at all the animals without someone pushing in front of you.  You can take your time walking with out someone on your heels.  We are very lucky to enjoy the Columbus zoo this way.  There is really no other way to enjoy yourself.  During our visit this week, we had fun picking out all the Halloween decorations.  We also got to enjoy stingray bay, with no one around.
